I started practicing rehabilitation in 2001 immediately after my five-year university studies in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Physiotherapy, Charles University in Prague. In 2007 I founded my own NZZ Physiotherapy in Prague 7 and since 2014 I have been working in a private physiotherapist's office in Prague 5 under Motolska Hospital. I have been in the field for 23 years and since 2009 I have been studying mainly abroad with a focus on craniosacral osteopathy techniques, visceral manipulation, neural manipulation and manual lymphatic drainage.
In my field I am looking for new unexplored avenues that are gentle not only on the patient's body but also on the physiotherapist. I operate and work holistically with my patients, trying to incorporate the autocorrective mechanisms inherent in each of us into the treatment process. The work is more subtle, not as straightforward as conventional mobilization or manipulative rehabilitation techniques, i.e. in the long run the result is gradual, but with a more lasting and of course positive effect.
Since 2003, I have been sharing my practical experience with my students (fellow physiotherapists) and teaching a number of seminars, professional and certified courses in the field of postgraduate education of physiotherapists at home and abroad.
